Overview

• The festival runs November 14–15, 2025, with nightly access from 5–9 p.m. at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
• Each chef will host a five-course, beverage‑paired tasting at 3:30 p.m., with Todd English on Friday and Michael Mina on Saturday.
• Todd English is scheduled to appear both nights for meet-and-greets, while Michael Mina is slated for Saturday, November 15.
• General admission includes unlimited tastings from 23 restaurants, themed areas and live entertainment; one-day tickets are $210.68 with a 10% two-night bundle discount.
• Published menus preview English’s Bluefin tuna trio, miso carbonara udon and Koji‑cured short rib, and Mina’s bacon‑wrapped scallop, white truffle agnolotti and miso broiled seabass.
