TK Maxx and Homesense Recall Six Les Florentins Biscuits Over Undeclared Gluten

The FSA says missing gluten warnings on store-applied labels creates a health risk for people with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.

Overview

  • Shoppers are urged not to eat the affected biscuits and to return them to TK Maxx or Homesense for a refund or replacement, according to the FSA.
  • Affected 100g packs include Orange Chocolat Noir and Fruits Rouges (batch 17125, best before 20 June 2026), Caramel Chocolat Lait (18325, 2 July 2026), Orange Chocolat Lait (18425, 3 July 2026), Menthe Chocolat Noir (18825, 7 July 2026) and Citron Chocolat Noir (17025, 19 June 2026).
  • TJX Europe says the issue stems from supplementary labels that did not include the gluten allergen information found on the original packaging.
  • Point‑of‑sale notices have been displayed in all relevant stores, and customers can contact TJX Europe on 01923 473561 or [email protected].
  • The recall comes during a wider run of September alerts, including The Jolly Hog sausages recalled for undeclared milk in Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Morrisons.
