Tituss Burgess to Star as Mary Todd Lincoln in Broadway's Hit Comedy 'Oh, Mary!'

The Emmy-nominated actor will take over the lead role for a limited three-week run starting March 18 at the Lyceum Theatre.

Tituss Burgess, known for his roles in 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' and 'Schmigadoon!', will portray Mary Todd Lincoln in 'Oh, Mary!' from March 18 to April 6, 2025.
Burgess is the third actor to take on the role, following the play's creator Cole Escola and current lead Betty Gilpin.
'Oh, Mary!' is an absurdist comedy reimagining Mary Todd Lincoln as a cabaret star, praised for its humor and critical acclaim since its Broadway debut in July 2024.
The production has set multiple box office records at the Lyceum Theatre, including being the first show in its 121-year history to gross over $1 million in a single week.
Directed by Tony Award nominee Sam Pinkleton, the play is expected to be a strong contender at the upcoming 2025 Tony Awards.
