Sneed has not played since October 13 and will be eligible to return in Week 16, pending his recovery, with three games remaining in the regular season.
The Titans will continue relying on rookie Jarvis Brownlee Jr. and second-year Darrell Baker Jr. as starting cornerbacks in Sneed's absence.
Veteran cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, also on injured reserve since September, is expected to begin his 21-day return window next week, potentially bolstering the Titans' secondary.
