Overview
- Jarrett, 45, of Flaxman Croft in Copmanthorpe, was sentenced at York Crown Court on 28 October 2025.
- He was also made subject to two restraining orders lasting ten years to protect the victims.
- Police found that between April and June 2024 he provided drugs and alcohol to teenage girls for sexual acts and on one occasion drove a girl to his home where he filmed the encounter.
- Investigators seized his phone and recovered 36 Category A, 27 Category B and 17 Category C child sexual abuse files, and he had shared two videos with associates.
- In August 2025 he admitted offences including arranging or facilitating travel for exploitation, making and distributing indecent images of children, and multiple counts of offering to supply cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine, as officers urged any further victims to seek support through services such as Acer House.
