Timothée Chalamet is hosting SNL for the second time on November 11, with musical guest Boygenius, following his first appearance in December 2020 alongside Bruce Springsteen.
The promotional video for SNL includes a scene of Chalamet wandering the legendary Studio 8H while it's filled with noxious fumes, causing onlookers to react with concern.
Chalamet's response to breathing in the poisonous fumes is a humorous quip: 'It’s fine. I grew up in New York. I’m immune.' His reaction is followed by a slow inhale of the tainted air.
Aside from SNL, Chalamet is set to star in a number of projects, including 'Wonka,' which will hit theaters next month, and 'Dune: Part Two,' slated for a spring release.
The SNL season, the show's 49th, is proceeding after having previously experienced a delay due to a writers' strike.
