- Six proposals remain subject to CAC votes by Sept. 30, including bids at Coney Island, Aqueduct and Citi Field in Queens, Ferry Point in the Bronx, Yonkers Raceway and a Manhattan East Side site near the UN, with up to three licenses expected by year-end.
