TikToker Faces Federal Scrutiny After Threatening Elon Musk in Viral Video

Sarah C. Roberts, a TikTok user, posted a video making a throat-slashing gesture and explicitly calling for the assassination of Elon Musk.
The video also included Roberts admitting to not filing her taxes for several years and challenging the FBI to investigate her.
The clip was reshared by the Libs of TikTok account on X, where it gained over 16 million views and caught the attention of Musk himself.
Elon Musk, now a close adviser to President Trump, flagged the video to Interim U.S. Attorney Ed Martin, who publicly acknowledged it and hinted at legal action.
Roberts has since deactivated her TikTok account, but the video has sparked significant online discussion and potential federal investigation.
