• Detroit reinstated right-hander Kyle Finnegan on Friday after a mild right adductor strain, making him available out of the bullpen against Atlanta.
• Left-hander Bailey Horn was optioned to Triple-A Toledo in the corresponding roster move.
• Finnegan completed a one-game rehab with Triple-A, facing three batters on 13 pitches with one strikeout, one walk and a fastball averaging 97 mph.
