Tiger Woods Withdraws From 2023 US Open, Focusing on Recovery From Ankle Surgery

The golfing legend has withdrawn from the U.S. Open to recover from his April ankle surgery.
The withdrawal was expected after Woods also missed the PGA Championship and Masters.
There is no timetable for Woods' return but he hopes to play in the 2023 Open Championship.
Woods has won the U.S.Open three times, though not since 2008.
The 2023 U.S. Open will be held June 15-18 at Los Angeles Country Club.
