Tiger Woods will compete in TGL's second match, teaming up with Max Homa and Kevin Kisner for Jupiter Links Golf Club against Los Angeles Golf Club's Collin Morikawa, Justin Rose, and Sahith Theegala.
TGL, co-founded by Woods and Rory McIlroy in partnership with the PGA Tour, aims to modernize golf with a fast-paced, tech-driven format designed to attract younger audiences.
The league's innovative matches, played on a simulator with rotating greens, feature a 15-hole format completed in under two hours, incorporating alternate shot and singles play formats.
The debut match of TGL last week drew significant viewership, peaking at 1.1 million viewers, and Woods' involvement is expected to boost ratings further.
The match will air on January 14 at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN, with international broadcasting options available in regions including the UK, Australia, and Asia.
