Tiger Woods to Make PGA Tour Return at Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines

The 15-time major champion will compete in his first official PGA Tour event since July, following back surgery and personal loss.

Tiger Woods has confirmed his participation in the Genesis Invitational, scheduled for February 13-16 at Torrey Pines in San Diego.
This marks Woods' first official PGA Tour event since the British Open in July 2024 and his first tournament since undergoing back surgery in September 2024.
The Genesis Invitational, typically held at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, was relocated to Torrey Pines due to wildfires in the area.
Woods, who also serves as the host of the tournament through his TGR Foundation, announced his decision shortly before the Friday deadline.
The event will be Woods' latest step in a limited playing schedule since his 2021 car accident, with his recent outings including appearances in the TGL indoor golf league and the PNC Championship with his son.
