Overview
- This week Woods made rare public appearances connected to his TGR Foundation, introducing 60 junior golfers at the TGR Jr. Invitational and taking part in a Q&A.
- TGR Live posted video on Tuesday showing Woods hitting full practice shots at Pebble Beach, and separately he led a clinic and range session at Monterey Peninsula Country Club.
- The clips and public outings have renewed media and fan speculation that Woods could attempt a competitive return in 2027, but he has made no announcement committing to play.
- Any return would face clear limits from his medical history of multiple back and Achilles surgeries, the March rollover crash and rehab, and a court‑approved multi‑year driving suspension.
- Woods’ activity keeps the focus on his charitable work with junior players and gives fans a look at his swing while raising practical questions about whether he can handle walking four tournament rounds.
