Tiffany Haddish has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor DUI charges following her arrest in Beverly Hills last month.
Haddish has hired a top celebrity lawyer, Alex Spiro, who has previously represented celebrities like Elon Musk, Jay-Z, and Megan Thee Stallion.
The comedian was arrested after police responded to a call about a car stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive and found her slumped over the wheel with the engine running.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for February 14, 2024.
This is Haddish's second DUI charge in two years, with a previous case in Atlanta still pending.
