  • Tier II and III locations posted a 21% annual increase, led by cities such as Jaipur, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Surat, Nagpur, and Chandigarh, supported by warehousing, retail expansion, customer support centers, and festive tourism.
  • Metro hiring advanced 14% year on year with strongest demand in IT, BFSI, and media and entertainment for tech, finance, and marketing roles.
