Tides of Annihilation Unveiled as a Post-Apocalyptic Action Game Inspired by Arthurian Legend

Tides of Annihilation was revealed during Sony's 2025 State of Play and is being developed by Chengdu-based Eclipse Glow Games.
Set in a post-apocalyptic London, the single-player narrative-driven game draws heavily from Arthurian legend and features protagonist Gwendolyn, the last human survivor.
Players can summon spectral versions of Knights of the Round Table to assist in combat, puzzles, and traversal, offering customizable fighting styles and strategies.
The game promises over 30 hours of gameplay, more than 30 unique boss fights, and interconnected levels inspired by Metroidvania design.
Tides of Annihilation is slated for release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with a tentative 2026 launch window, though no firm release date has been confirmed.
