Tickit Sensory Blocks Recalled Over Possible Asbestos in Sand

- Commotion Ltd has recalled Tickit Sensory Blocks from Model 73181, Batch 20034 (barcode 5060138820289) sold from May 2025 to March 2026 after tests found the sand in four blocks may contain asbestos.
- Asbestos is banned in the UK because tiny fibres can cause serious lung diseases decades after exposure, including mesothelioma and asbestosis.
- Owners are told to stop using the toy, keep it away from children, and follow containment steps such as double-bagging intact blocks or using wet cloths, gloves and masks if sand is exposed.
