T.I. and Tiny Face Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault

Air Force veteran claims the couple drugged and assaulted her in 2005; couple maintains innocence and looks forward to court proceedings.

T.I. and Tiny are being sued by an Air Force veteran who claims the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2005.
The lawsuit was filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows for lawsuits in cases of alleged sexual abuse with expired statutes of limitations, so long as the allegations include an attempted cover-up.
The couple has vehemently denied the allegations, stating they have maintained their innocence for three years and look forward to their day in court.
The plaintiff's lawyer, Rodney Diggs, stated that forcing someone into doing something of a sexual nature they don’t want to is sexual battery — rape, and they are seeking justice for her and everyone who has been similarly violated.
In March 2021, T.I. and Tiny faced allegations of 'forced drugging, kidnapping, rape and intimidation' spanning more than 15 years from more than 30 women.
