• Race 1 was halted less than one lap in after Andrea Iannone clipped Danilo Petrucci at Turn 2, sparking a seven-rider pile-up.
• Danilo Petrucci overcame a pit-lane start on the restarted 20-lap sprint to finish fifth, while Iannone served two long-lap penalties and placed 13th.
• Medical examinations at the circuit and hospitals ruled out Iker Lecuona, Remy Gardner and Garrett Gerloff from Sunday’s races.
• Lecuona suffered a left wrist fracture, Gardner a back contusion with suspected concussion and Gerloff a lower back injury.
