Overview
- Queensland Police published footage of three vehicles of interest and confirmed they have been seized as part of the investigation into Andrew Burow’s disappearance.
- The vehicles are a black 2010 BMW X3 (QLD 802NX4), a black 2011 Ford Ranger utility with allegedly false plates (QLD 257LX8) and a silver 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander (QLD 385KU2).
- Investigators urged anyone who saw these vehicles or recorded them on dashcam in Brisbane, Ipswich, Yarraman, Blackbutt or the Sunshine Coast between August 21 and 26 to contact police.
- Multiple crime scenes have been declared at Bli Bli, Pomona and Lake Macdonald, and dive teams searched a lake without finding anything of interest.
- Two men, Anthony Thomas Perrett, 38, and Billy John Howard, 26, are remanded on torture charges with court matters listed for October, as Burow, 56, remains missing and evidence disclosed in court includes a mobile phone, zip ties, a firearm and a note with his parents’ address.
