Overview
- Ivan Turtak, Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar were found guilty at Canterbury Crown Court of rape and related offences against a child under 13.
- On August 11, 2024, the trio enticed the girl into Horvath’s car at a Dover Asda supermarket car park by offering her a cigarette.
- They moved her between Turtak’s flat in Dover and Gunar’s caravan on Arthur Street in Folkestone while administering crystal meth and other drugs to suppress her resistance.
- During the three-day ordeal they repeatedly assaulted her, photographed her naked in a bathtub and warned she would be killed if she tried to flee or seek help.
- The victim escaped through a caravan window on August 13 and was found by police, and her detailed testimony alongside forensic evidence secured the convictions, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
