Three Sisters Lose Over 18 Stone on Cambridge Weight Plan and Now Advise Others

Overview

  • Together they shed more than 18 stone, with Emma losing eight stone, Tammy five stone 7lb and Katie five stone 3lb, reducing their BMIs from obese ranges to below 30.
  • Emma and Tammy began the 1:1 Diet in January 2024 and Katie joined in February 2024, following an 800-calorie-a-day plan of meal replacements and a light evening meal.
  • The low-calorie regimen brought Emma’s blood pressure and blood sugar into normal ranges and halved Katie’s medication for hypertension on the brain, while eliminating Tammy’s need for planned gastric surgery.
  • Everyday activities such as walking, housework and sitting on public transport have become noticeably easier, with the sisters reporting higher energy levels and greater confidence.
  • Having reached their target weights, the trio now guide new clients through the 1:1 Diet’s step-based maintenance phase at around 1,500 calories per day as certified consultants.
