The prisoners face additional charges including escaping lawful custody, housebreaking, robbery, kidnapping, and one count of rape.
The victims, Ralph Hendry and Kathleen Brandel, had retired to live on their yacht, named 'Simplicity', which was found abandoned and ransacked.
