Three Pennsylvania Men Indicted on Child Exploitation Charges

- Gregory A. Wilson, Christopher Crispen, and Robert Mansberger have been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of attempted enticement of a minor.
- Wilson and Mansberger are also charged with attempting to persuade a minor to engage in prostitution.
- Crispen is additionally charged with attempted receipt of child pornography.
- All cases were investigated by multiple agencies including the FBI, Pennsylvania State Police, and local police and district attorney's offices.
- The charges are part of Project Safe Childhood, a DOJ initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
