Police have opened a crime scene pending specialist crash inquiries into how a vehicle mounted the kerb.

  • The injured men, believed to be in their 20s and 30s, were standing outside a business when one car left the roadway.

  • The drivers of a white Toyota Corolla and a maroon Honda CRV were taken to Blacktown Hospital for mandatory testing.
  • Blacktown Police established a crime scene, the NSW Crash Investigation Unit is due to attend, and Bungaribee Rd is closed in both directions with diversions in place.
