Carl Sanders, 48, is charged with preventing lawful burial, burglary, and fraud.
Richard Chapman, 39, and Christopher Chapman, 35, face burglary charges.
All three men have been remanded in custody pending their next court appearance.
Two additional men, aged 39 and 48, have been released on bail as inquiries continue.
