Overview

• Strike Force Alcova detectives from the Organised Crime Squad and NSW Crime Commission raided properties in Western Sydney targeting a syndicate that sold counterfeit luxury items on social media
• Police confiscated nine high-end cars valued at about $3 million, more than 500 fake watches, handbags, clothing and shoes, $270,000 in cash and a gel blaster firearm
• Investigators allege the group moved approximately $9.75 million in profits through various bank accounts after selling fake Rolex watches, Cartier bracelets and designer handbags
• The three men have been charged with recklessly dealing in proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal group
• The suspects from Fairfield East, Merrylands and Guildford are due to face Parramatta Local Court as the NSW Crime Commission begins asset recovery proceedings
