Overview
- The collision occurred shortly after 10pm Monday on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga near the intersection of Stuart Valley Drive and Toomey's Road.
- A Dodge Ram ute and a Ford Ranger were involved, and the Ram caught fire after impact.
- The male driver of the Ram died at the scene, as did the Ford Ranger's 44-year-old driver and a 12-year-old girl travelling in the Ranger.
- A 13-year-old girl from the Ranger was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious but stable condition and was later airlifted to Queensland Children's Hospital.
