Three Jan. 6 Fugitives Arrested in Florida on Third Anniversary of Capitol Attack

Suspects, previously on the run or out on bond, are accused of assaulting officers during the 2021 insurrection and are due in court on Monday.

Three fugitives connected to the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol attack were arrested in Florida on the third anniversary of the incident.
The suspects, Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III, were apprehended at a ranch in Groveland, Florida.
Jonathan Pollock had been on the run since the attack, while Olivia Pollock and Hutchinson had been arrested in June 2021 but vanished while out on bond awaiting trial.
The suspects are accused of assaulting U.S. Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers, demonstrating prior planning and coordination.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in federal court in Ocala, Florida, on Monday.
