Three Israeli Hostages to Be Released in Gaza Prisoner Exchange

Israel and Hamas agree to release three hostages, including two German-Israelis, in exchange for over 100 Palestinian prisoners.

The three hostages set for release include Arbel Yehud, Gadi Moses, and Agam Berger, all of whom were abducted during the October 2023 Hamas attack.
Arbel Yehud, a 29-year-old German-Israeli civilian, was held by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, delaying her release; her family has expressed deep concern for her well-being.
Gadi Moses, an 80-year-old German-Israeli agronomist, is the first male hostage released under the current ceasefire agreement.
Agam Berger, a 20-year-old Israeli soldier, was captured from a military base and is known for supporting fellow hostages during captivity.
The agreement also includes the release of five Thai hostages and 110 Palestinian prisoners, over 30 of whom were serving life sentences.
