Three Injured in Russia’s Belgorod Region as Drone Strikes Hit Graivoron District
The governor attributed the strikes to Ukrainian drones.
Overview
- Two 15-year-old brothers were injured by an FPV drone detonation in the village of Dorogoshch, with preliminary diagnoses of barotrauma and planned transfer to the regional children’s hospital for further evaluation.
- A man in the city of Graivoron sustained barotrauma and a shrapnel wound to his back and received care at the district hospital before being assigned outpatient treatment.
- In a separate incident earlier the same day in Moshchenoe, a local resident suffered multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, forearm, chest, and thigh and was to be moved from the district hospital to the regional clinical hospital.
- Authorities reported property damage including five cars and a fire department vehicle in Graivoron, along with a damaged car and broken glazing at the Moshchenoe site.
- Additional damage was reported in several localities, including a warehouse roof in Bessonovka, shattered windows in Kurgashki, facade and glazing damage in Dragunka, and harm to a social facility in Beryozovka.
