Three Honduran Migrants Charged with Child Sexual Assault in Florida

The men, who entered the U.S. illegally, are accused of committing the crime between August and their recent arrest.

Elvin, Erick, and Jesersson Lopez Lopez were arrested by Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for multiple counts of capital sexual battery on a minor under 12.
Selvin and Erick crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally in 2021 and were released with instructions to schedule court dates, which they did not do.
Jesersson entered the U.S. in 2023 and was given a court date for 2028 upon his release.
All three men are currently held in Palm Beach County Jail without bond.
