- At around 8:30 a.m. on June 30, three empty wagons jumped the tracks in the Cuttack yard near Cuttack Railway Station.
- No casualties were reported following the incident on the yard’s loop line.
- East Coast Railway mobilized a relief train equipped with machinery, materials and manpower to restore the loop line promptly.
- Trains on the main Bhadrak-Cuttack-Visakhapatnam corridor and services toward Paradip continued to operate without disruption.
