Overview
- Police responded to calls of shots fired at about 2:15 p.m. and found three people with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the Target store in North Austin.
- Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene and a third died at a hospital, while a fourth person was treated for unrelated injuries.
- The suspect, described as a 32-year-old man with a history of mental-health issues, fled in a stolen car, crashed it, then stole another before being subdued with a Taser and taken into custody.
