Three-Day Traffic Block Scheduled on Mumbai-Pune Expressway for Bridge Construction

MSRDC will divert Pune-bound traffic from January 22 to 24 between 12 PM and 3 PM to install girders for a new bridge near Kusgaon.

The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has announced a three-hour daily traffic block on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway from January 22 to January 24, 2025.
The block will occur between 12 PM and 3 PM each day to facilitate the installation of girders for a new bridge at Kilometer 58.50, near Kusgaon.
During the block, Pune-bound traffic will be diverted from Valvan (Kilometer 54.70) via the Old Mumbai-Pune National Highway and Dehu Road (National Highway 48).
Mumbai-bound traffic will not be affected and will continue to use the expressway as usual during the construction period.
Motorists are advised to plan their travel accordingly and can contact the Expressway Control Room or Highway Police for assistance if needed.
