Three Kansas City Chiefs fans were found frozen to death in the backyard of a friend's house in Kansas City, Missouri.
The deceased, identified as Ricky Johnson, Clayton McGeeney, and David Harrington, had gathered at the house to watch a football game on January 7.
The bodies were discovered on January 9, after a welfare check was requested by one of the men's fiancée.
The Kansas City Police Department does not suspect foul play and no arrests have been made.
The homeowner, represented by attorney John Picerno, claims to have had no knowledge of the men's presence or their deaths until police arrived.
