Overview

  • All three suspects, identified by initials C, D and T, were arrested in Jakarta and Singapore and charged with premeditated murder that carries the death penalty in Indonesia.
  • Melbourne father Zivan Radmanovic, 32, was killed and fellow Australian Sanar Ghanim, 34, was seriously injured in the early hours of June 14 at Villa Casa Santisya in Munggu.
  • Authorities believe the masked gunmen executed a targeted ambush rather than a robbery and noted that the victims’ wives were present but unharmed.
  • Investigators seized two getaway cars, multiple motorbikes, a 9 mm firearm, a sledgehammer and more than 17 bullet casings as part of the evidence.
  • Indonesian and Australian authorities are continuing to gather evidence and have ordered all witnesses and victims to remain in the country as the probe advances.
