Overview

• More than 2,000 free rations were served at the Port de Catarroja using 260 kilograms of eel.
• Over 120 cooks prepared the traditional eel-and-potato stew following Albufera fishermen’s recipes.
• The Comunidad de Pescadores organized the event with the Ayuntamiento de Catarroja supplying ingredients and firewood.
