Lumina's portfolio includes partnerships with Carrousel Studios, Wayward Films, and investments in kids' content and gaming ventures like Creators Corp and Strike.
The company has launched Magna Studios, a multi-disciplinary film studio producing branded content, documentaries, and scripted projects.
Lumina projects $55 million in revenue within its first year, leveraging its decentralized model to provide creative and financial autonomy to talent and partners.
