Thirteen Charged in Cardiff Riot Following E-Bike Crash Deaths

Five adults and eight youths appeared in Cardiff Magistrates' Court charged with offences related to the riot.
The riot erupted after the deaths of Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, who crashed on an e-bike while being followed by a police van.
The riot resulted in dozens of injured officers, damaged property, and cars set on fire.
Defendants included Lee Robinson, Janine Reffell, and twins Morgan and Jayden Williams, with charges ranging from riot to criminal damage.
The cases have been sent to Cardiff Crown Court, with a trial for the youths set for December 16.
