• Detectives executed a search warrant at a Blacktown home on July 30 and arrested a 17-year-old who is now charged with manslaughter, directing a criminal group and breaching a digital evidence order
• Police say the teenager arranged a paid assassination targeting another man but that Manassa was killed by mistake
