Overview
- Investigators say 51-year-old businessman Jaroslav H. was killed at the Motorworld in Freimann and his body was later buried near the Barmsee after the crime on July 15th.
- A third suspect, a 28-year-old Polish national, was arrested in late August and confirmed by the Munich public prosecutor to be in Untersuchungshaft on suspicion of murder.
- Two earlier arrests included a 37-year-old (Azamat N.) taken into custody on July 19th and a 50-year-old Ukrainian detained on July 27th, and both remain in pretrial detention.
