Third Man Pleads Guilty in Journalist Harassment Case

Eric Labarge conspired to intimidate New Hampshire Public Radio journalists through vandalism and threats.

Labarge admitted to five counts of stalking and conspiracy to commit stalking.
The harassment followed a report on misconduct allegations against a New Hampshire businessman.
The vandalism included throwing bricks and spray painting obscenities on homes.
Two co-conspirators have also pleaded guilty and await sentencing.
A fourth suspect is scheduled for trial in September.
