Thieves Steal Over $100K in Equipment from Soldier Field Parking Lot

Thieves broke into a parking structure at Soldier Field in Chicago and stole over $100,000 worth of equipment.
The stolen items included lawn mowers, utility vehicles, and other maintenance equipment belonging to a subcontractor.
The theft occurred overnight and was discovered on the morning of September 22, 2023.
The thieves tore down a security fence to remove the equipment, which was wedged between a trailer and the fence.
No arrests have been made yet, but the stadium officials are working with police to improve security and identify the culprits.
