• Users can vote on TheFork’s platform through 19 October, with the most-voted venue receiving the People’s Choice Award.
• Finalists will be revealed on 3 November at a gala at Madrid’s Teatro Caixabank Príncipe Pío, with 300 guests expected.
• The shortlist was selected by a jury of 58 Michelin-starred Spanish chefs, including Paco Morales, the Torres brothers, Martín Berasategui, Dabiz Muñoz, Elena Arzak, Jesús Sánchez and Mario Sandoval.
• A total of 41 nominees span 14 autonomous communities, two more than the previous edition, with the Valencian Community and Castilla y León leading with six each.
• The six Valencian nominees are Mengem, Memoria Gustativa, Barbaric and Xaruga in Valencia city, Terra in Cullera and Vermuda in Alcossebre.
