Lionsgate has announced that 'Hurry Up Tomorrow,' starring The Weeknd, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan, will premiere in theaters on May 16, 2025.
The film, directed by Trey Edward Shults, serves as the final chapter in The Weeknd’s artistic trilogy following his albums 'After Hours' and 'Dawn FM.'
The Weeknd’s new album, also titled 'Hurry Up Tomorrow,' will release on January 24, 2025, ahead of a one-night-only concert at the Rose Bowl.
The movie is described as a unique theatrical experience, featuring new music from The Weeknd and a visually psychedelic narrative inspired by his previous works.
Produced under The Weeknd’s Manic Phase banner, the film will share its release weekend with 'Final Destination: Bloodlines,' while competing with other major May releases from Disney, Universal, and Sony.
