The co-hosts of 'The View' celebrated Disney's 100th anniversary for their Halloween special by dressing as iconic characters from Disney's vast library of films, including 'Toy Story', 'Aladdin', 'Encanto', and 'Avatar'.
Among the standout transformations were Whoopi Goldberg as the Headless Horseman and Barbie from 'Toy Story', Joy Behar as Cruella de Vil from Emma Stone's 'Cruella', and Sunny Hostin who was painted head to toe in blue to play Neytiri from 'Avatar'.
Sara Haines underwent a significant transformation, involving heavy prosthetics, to portray Carl Fredricksen from 'Up'.
The show featured segments filmed on an elaborate set inspired by Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction, including a crystal ball on stage to pay homage to the beloved Disney attraction and the upcoming Haunted Mansion parlor bar on the Disney Treasure ship.
According to executive producer Brian Teta, the annual Halloween episode of 'The View' is a treasured tradition, providing an opportunity for everyone involved in the show to showcase their creative talents and offer their audience some fun amidst the ongoing global happenings.
