'The Tourist' Moves to Netflix for Season 2

The thriller series, starring Jamie Dornan, will be available to stream in the US in February 2024.

Netflix has acquired the rights to the first and second seasons of 'The Tourist', a thriller series starring Jamie Dornan, with the first season set to be available on February 1, 2024, and the second season on February 29, 2024.
The series was previously streamed on Max, but was left without a US platform when Max changed its streaming direction.
The first season of 'The Tourist' is set in Australia and follows Dornan's character, Elliot, who wakes up in a hospital with no memory of his past after a car chase in the outback.
The second season shifts the action to Ireland, where Elliot and Helen Chambers, played by Danielle Macdonald, attempt to uncover Elliot's past, but find themselves embroiled in a dangerous family feud.
The second season introduces several new characters, including Detective Ruairi Slater (Conor MacNeill), Niamh Cassidy (Olwen Fouéré), Orla (Nessa Matthews), Frank (Francis Magee), Donal (Diarmaid Murtagh), and Fergal (Mark McKenna).
