Overview
- Sat.1 launched the new season on 22 October with Steffen Henssler and Elif Oskan joining veterans Alexander Herrmann and Tim Raue as permanent coaches, with episodes also streaming on Joyn.
- The premiere reached about 990,000 viewers and an 8.8% share in the 14–49 demographic, according to AGF data, outperforming last year’s start.
- Episode 1 set the four teams as Herrmann staged a playful on-air kneel before a candidate, Henssler landed superfan Toni who said he quit his job to pursue cooking, Tim Raue recruited Alfred and Pako, and Oskan added Franca, Nicole and Viktor.
- The format remains single-spoon blind tastings, and the winner receives €50,000 plus a cookbook.
- Nine weekly episodes are scheduled through 17 December, with linear broadcasts on Sat.1 and on-demand availability on Joyn.
