‘The Substance’ Wins Big at 2025 Dorian Film Awards

GALECA honors Coralie Fargeat’s satire with five awards, including Film of the Year and Best Performance for Demi Moore.

The 16th annual Dorian Film Awards, presented by GALECA, celebrated both mainstream and LGBTQ-themed films and performances.
Coralie Fargeat’s Hollywood satire 'The Substance' won Film of the Year, Genre Film of the Year, and Campiest Flick, among other honors.
Demi Moore earned Film Performance of the Year for her role in 'The Substance' and was also recognized with the Timeless Star career achievement award.
Jane Schoenbrun's 'I Saw the TV Glow' won LGBTQ Film of the Year and Best LGBTQ Screenplay, while 'Challengers' earned Best Overall Screenplay honors.
Other notable winners include 'Will & Harper' for Documentary and LGBTQ Documentary of the Year, and 'Flow' for Animated Film of the Year.
